To support the growth of our business, we need new members to join our skilled team.

We are looking for a REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR

Come and strengthen the Mantsinen sales team – you will be responsible for technical and commercial sales support of material handling machines and attachments. In your role, you will lead the sales of the MANTSINEN distribution network at a predefined geographical area and help our frontline dealers to achieve results.

Your daily routine will consist of both expert work in the office and interactive field work at distributors and customers.

When in the office, you will work on the following issues, among others:

  • Produce sales and marketing materials as well as commercial and technical material for projects
  • Develop and maintain competitor monitoring
  • Participate in the preparation of annual budgets in your region
  • Solve technical issues for distributors and end customers together with product managers.
  • Organize customer factory visits at the Ylämylly and Rauma locations

Customer visits, sales negotiations, trade fairs and training of the reseller sales organization as well as the search and assessment of new distributors are an essential part of your everyday life. A significant part of the work takes place at customers' locations around the world - we expect you to be willing to travel (approximately 60-90 days per year). In your role, you will report to the Global Sales Director.

What we would appreciate:

  • Technical or commercial education suitable for the position.
  • Interest in technical solutions and a desire to understand customer processes.
  • Fluent oral and written Finnish and English (other language skills are an advantage).
  • Previous experience, especially in project sales.
  • Knowledge in technical contract law.
  • Self-initiative, practical approach to work, ability to work independently and willingness to face challenges.
  • Good interaction and collaboration skills.
  • Skills in modern IT systems.
