StaffPoint, as one of Finland’s largest private employers, has built an internship program that allows you to complete your required study internship with us. The internship is unpaid but designed to meet the academic requirements of your degree program. It provides a strong foundation for working life, and for many, it’s the first step toward professional employment.
Recruitment tasks in a major employer organization
As our intern, you can complete your basic or professional internship, or both. During your internship, you’ll gain valuable insight into HR processes within your chosen field. Most of our interns work in recruitment roles across the following industries:
- Industry, property services, and logistics
- Retail
- Hotel, restaurant, and tourism
- ICT
- Sales, marketing, finance and public administration, customer service, and contact centers
- Outsourced back-office solutions (Spain, Mijas)
It’s also possible to complete a thesis or dissertation based on assignments from the internship.
How to apply for an internship at StaffPoint
You can submit your application at any time using the “Apply for an internship” link below. Please specify your preferred field of work on the application form. We select as many candidates as possible based on current internship opportunities across the Group.
The program begins with an orientation period, followed by practical work in your chosen field. Throughout the internship, you’ll be guided and supported by a mentor, an HR professional from your area. Your mentor will involve you in a wide variety of tasks, ensuring that you gain comprehensive experience and support during your internship period.
