StaffPoint is one of Finland’s largest employers and leading HR service companies, with over 50 years of experience. StaffPoint provides solutions for workforce needs and supports individuals in their career paths. Within the same Group, clients can access services in staffing, recruitment, strategic HR solutions, training, and work ability development. Our clients include both small and large private companies, government organizations, municipalities, and cities. Each year, StaffPoint employs more than 14,000 skilled professionals.

The majority owner of the Group is the private equity company MB Funds. Other owners include Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, the State Pension Fund of Finland, and the management of StaffPoint. In 2024, StaffPoint’s revenue amounted to €135 million. The company operates in 10 locations across Finland and has a subsidiary in Spain. The Group CEO is Anu Ahokas.
