Other times or when the service is congested, phone calls will be directed to service center, which serves:

Sunday from 10am to 4pm

Also inform the client company by phone immediately if you have agreed shifts directly:

• If StaffPoint’s healthcare specialist refers you to a doctor, inform StaffPoint by phone of the duration of your sick leave immediately after the appointment

• Send the medical certificate to Payroll via myStaff within 3 days (as a PDF attachment)
