Service Delivery Manager, Jyväskylä

We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager for a preliminary 4-month assignment in Finland. In this role, you will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the customer, service operations center, partners, and other key stakeholders. Your core responsibility will be to oversee daily service operations for an assigned customer account and ensure service delivery in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and agreed commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring service processes based on customer guidelines
• Managing and following up on ticketing systems and service requests
• Coordinating SLA performance and communicating with stakeholders
• Identifying and escalating larger incidents when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a service coordination or delivery role (preferably in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic service reporting
• Fluent English (French language skills are an advantage)
• Proactive mindset, structured working style, and good communication skills

This work will start as soon as the right candidate has been identified.
