“The best part is meeting customers – customer service is almost like fuel for me,” Marco says.
At Finlayson, Marco’s days consist mainly of customer-facing work, but also various supervisory tasks such as shift planning, placing orders, and managing daily store operations.
Marco enjoys the versatility of his current role, but traditional customer service remains closest to his heart.
