The Quickly to Work project, aimed at speeding up the employment of immigrants, was carried out in the Pirkanmaa region. Spring House participated as a co-implementer in the project coordinated by Tampere University of Applied Sciences, alongside SASKY Municipal Education and Training Consortium.

The project’s goal was to support foreign-language-speaking students already living in Finland in entering the social and healthcare (sote) sector. It focused on developing education and employment services for immigrants while improving workforce availability in social and healthcare services. The project involved close cooperation with employment regions and companies providing housing services for the elderly.

Its main objective was to strengthen employers’ readiness to recruit and support foreign-language employees’ integration into healthcare workplaces. The project piloted mobile language support and produced tools for employers to promote immigrants’ career planning and integration into working life in the healthcare field.

The project was implemented from 1 November 2021 to 31 December 2023 as part of the European Union’s Sustainable Growth and Jobs 2014–2020 Programme and co-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).
