Spring House’s goal is to promote equal employment opportunities, support workplace diversity, and reduce prejudice in society. That’s why Spring House is a long-term partner of the Finnish Paralympic Committee. The collaboration continues toward the Milan-Cortina 2026 Paralympic Games, with para-alpine skier Nette Kiviranta appointed as athlete ambassador.

The partnership between Spring House and the Finnish Paralympic Committee, launched in 2019, is built on shared values and goals. It supports equality, equity, sports, and well-being, creating a community where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and pursue their dreams. The collaboration provides para-athletes with support for training and competition while also increasing the visibility and recognition of parasports.

Spring House has also actively participated in the Paralympic Committee’s global WeThe15 campaign, which highlights the rights and needs of people with disabilities. The campaign reminds us that 15% of the world’s population, about 1.2 billion people, live with some form of limitation. Spring House CEO Minna Lindholm-Lähde emphasizes the importance of this reminder.

“Our clients who face challenges in the job market are especially important to us,” says Minna Lindholm-Lähde. She highlights that Spring House works daily to promote employment opportunities for people with partial work ability. “Every meeting and conversation between a jobseeker and an employer during coaching breaks invisible barriers and enables genuine interaction,” she adds.

Partnerships play a crucial role in advancing equality, particularly in improving accessibility in working life. Collaboration between organizations allows the creation of more inclusive environments where everyone has equal opportunities to succeed and grow. The partnership between Spring House and the Finnish Paralympic Committee is an excellent example of this.

“Our collaboration with Spring House means a great deal to us. We deeply appreciate the expertise of the company’s entire staff and their important work to promote employment for people from diverse backgrounds. We also warmly congratulate Nette Kiviranta on her appointment as athlete ambassador,” says Finnish Paralympic Committee Partnership Manager Timo Mäkynen.

Nette Kiviranta appointed as an Omien polkujen tekijät athlete ambassador

Aiming for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Paralympics, Nette Kiviranta will be featured in the Omien polkujen tekijät campaign. The campaign highlights everyone’s right to follow their own path, to work and pursue dreams within their own abilities and resources. It promotes equality, inclusivity, sports, and well-being, fostering a community where all can thrive and achieve their goals. Throughout the campaign, we’ll follow Nette Kiviranta and other para-athletes on their inspiring journey toward the Milan-Cortina 2026 and Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games.

“I’m truly grateful that Spring House is joining me on the road toward next winter’s main goal. Since my injury, I’ve worked to build a successful and unique path both in sports and in my studies and career. I’ve embraced new challenges and found ways to live an active, normal life as a young adult — even from a wheelchair. Collaboration with Spring House feels natural. Through my own everyday examples, I want to show that many things are possible when you recognize your strengths and abilities. Disabilities may slow you down, but they are not an obstacle,” says Nette Kiviranta.
