We develop the working life of the future

What makes this meaningful for us?
We are not content with developing only our own operations, we want to influence the future of the entire recruitment industry and the way work is done.
We are actively involved in developing the sector through numerous networks and forums, such as the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK), the Finland Chamber of Commerce, and various working groups at the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri).

What do we do to advance this?

Our actions are guided by strong principles, established practices, and our environmental program.
We follow our Code of Conduct, equality, diversity and inclusion plans, as well as the GreenStaff environmental program. We also work closely with various partners and communities, such as educational institutions, and we are involved in the Virtual Finland project. As a partner of the Finnish Olympic Committee, we support Finnish elite sports.
There is strength in collaboration
Future of worklife
StaffPoint actively contributes to the development of working life by participating in key advocacy groups such as the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) and the Chambers of Commerce. We also promote access to international talent through the Virtual Finland project and cooperation with the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri).
Development of operating practices
StaffPoint develops industry standards and shared operating practices through its membership in HELA, the Finnish Personnel Services Association, as well as through key recruitment partnerships. At the same time, the company ensures that its own guidelines, such as the Code of Conduct, remain up to date.
Societal engagement
Collaboration with societal stakeholders: StaffPoint helps shape the future of work through active cooperation with educational institutions and significant partnerships such as with the Finnish Paralympic Committee, while also participating visibly in key industry events.
