We take care of the environment together
We reduce our carbon footprint together with our customers.

What makes this meaningful for us?
Every company must take responsibility for the environment – this is the only way to build sustainable business.
Although our own operations have a relatively small environmental footprint, we want to minimise any negative impacts. The commuting of our 14,000 temporary employees accounts for a significant share of our emissions, which means we can make a positive environmental impact by working closely with both our employees and our clients.

What are we doing to advance this?

We are developing our operations to be more environmentally friendly and working together with our stakeholders to reduce emissions.
We calculate our carbon footprint annually and set concrete emission targets based on the results. Our GreenStaff environmental program guides the everyday practices of our offices toward more sustainable operations.
We maintain an active dialogue with our largest customers to reduce emissions from work-related travel and communicate effective mobility practices to our personnel. In addition, we train both our office staff and temporary employees to make environmentally responsible choices.
Our work for the environment
Carbon footprint
StaffPoint focuses on reducing its carbon footprint particularly through the mobility of its 14,000 temporary employees, by developing travel guidelines and promoting the use of public transport and remote work opportunities.
GreenStaff-program
GreenStaff is a group-wide environmental program that defines concrete practices from energy consumption to procurement and is overseen by management together with office coordinators.
Environmental goals
StaffPoint has carried out the groundwork for carbon footprint calculation with a partner, and the goal is to integrate environmental responsibility into all areas of the business, even though specific environmental targets are still being defined.
