StaffPoint and Saga Vanninen begin their collaboration – together toward dreams, responsibility, and the will to win.
StaffPoint Group and top heptathlete Saga Vanninen have entered into a partnership that brings together Finnish elite sports, a responsible approach to working life, and an uncompromising drive for growth. Vanninen, who has been named Finland’s "Young Athlete of the Year" three times in a row, will serve as the face of StaffPoint’s (Omien polkujen tekijät) Makers of Our Own Paths -campaign, and above all, as a role model for what determination, authenticity, and courage can achieve.
“Saga is a shining example of what happens when talent meets joy for life and perseverance. She embodies the values we deeply cherish at StaffPoint: responsibility, professionalism, reliability, and supporting people on their own paths. We are incredibly proud and excited about this partnership. We want to support Saga on her journey to the top of the world, and at the same time inspire others to dream boldly,” says Teea Hurme-Rintala, StaffPoint’s Director of Marketing and Communications.
This collaboration is more than just visibility, it’s a genuine meeting of shared values. Both StaffPoint and Vanninen believe that success is built on perseverance, meaningful work, and the courage to walk one’s own path, even when it’s not the easiest one.
The Makers of Our Own Paths -campaign highlights real stories of growth, direction-seeking, and life choices. It reminds us that working life, too, is full of twists, pauses, and accelerations, much like an elite athlete’s journey. Vanninen perfectly embodies the campaign’s message: strong, responsible, and grounded.
“I see my role as a role model — especially for young people — as an important one. I want to show that everyone has the right to build their own kind of future and pursue their dreams at their own pace. It’s wonderful to work with a company that values individuality, believes in growth, and wants to help build a better future,” says Saga Vanninen.
At just 22 years old, Vanninen already competes among the world’s best in the women’s heptathlon, and she is considered one of Finland’s brightest medal hopes for the 2028 Los Angeles and 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games.
