Spring House operates as a provider of Keva’s vocational rehabilitation services in Jyväskylä, Tampere, Oulu, Kajaani, Pudasjärvi, Rovaniemi, Kemi, and Kuusamo.

The goal of vocational rehabilitation is to support your ability to work and help you continue working despite health-related limitations, in tasks that are suitable for your health condition. Vocational rehabilitation can support, for example, your return to work after a long period of sick leave. It may include adjusting job tasks to match your work ability, changing jobs, or training for a completely new profession.

Choose Spring House as your provider of vocational rehabilitation

Spring House’s work ability coaches are experts in working life. They have over 10 years of experience in work ability–based career planning and help hundreds of individual clients every year to stay at work, return to work, or find employment that suits their health condition.

If you meet the criteria for earnings-related pension rehabilitation, apply for rehabilitation through your own pension provider. You must submit the application yourself, and it must include a medical B statement written by a doctor. Spring House provides work-life rehabilitation services for earnings-related pension and insurance companies. You can also inform your pension provider which Spring House coach you would like as your vocational rehabilitation coach.

We assess your starting situation based on your existing skills, experience, and education. Together, we consider what these enable in today’s labor market.

  1. We explore what motivates you and what you are interested in. Personal motivation and genuine interest strongly support success and help ensure that the chosen solution is sustainable.
  2. Your health situation is always considered individually: What kind of work is suitable for you right now?
  3. We check that the plan is realistic in the labor market: What kind of experience is usually needed for the target job? Do you need to update your skills to reach your goal?
  4. We look at professional networks and references, both yours and your coach’s.
  5. Working-life cooperation: Together, we explore different professions and workplaces.
