Valmet Automotive - Marketing Manager

We are looking for Marketing Manager to boost our business growth through marketing activities. As our new Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our marketing vision to life. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new in Finnish industrial history as we are building a new team to enable the expansion of our business into new areas.

As we are creating something new, we are looking for a professional who is able to see the big picture, lead projects but also drive more operational and practical marketing activities.
 

Key responsibilities: 

• Develop demand and lead generation tactics for each business area.
• Create segment-specific content marketing and drive account-based marketing activities in collaboration with sales.
• Create, execute, and localize content marketing for various themes for all industries.
• Own and lead VA’s digital presence globally (Europe and China): manage and develop company website (content, traffic and UX).
• Track and report on marketing performance, using marketing KPIs and analytics tools.
• Create and execute social media strategy and plan.
• Bring fresh ideas and creativity to the table, helping us test new approaches and continuously improve our marketing impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales and product strategies.

You’ll be a great fit if you: 

• Have a proven track record in developing and executing data-driven, measurable marketing initiatives that support business growth.
• Have experience in B2B marketing within the technology or industrial sector, in an international environment.
• Bring a modern marketing mindset, with experience in demand generation, content-driven growth, and the effective use of digital marketing tools and channels.
• Are proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Have the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization, from top management to technical and operational teams.
• Hold a BSc/BA or Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
• Are motivated by the opportunity to build and develop scalable marketing processes, contribute to strategic direction, and create visible business impact.
• Have a strong command of English and Finnish, with excellent communication and writing skills.
