Valmet Automotive - Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for Senior Marketing Manager to boost our business growth through marketing, communications and branding activities. As our new Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our marketing vision to life. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new in Finnish industrial history as we are building a new team to enable the expansion of our business into new areas.

As we are creating something new, we are looking for a professional who is able to create the big picture of marketing, external communications and branding to rocket our new business sales in diverse industrial B2B market.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and own VA’s marketing and external communications strategies.
• Create and execute brand awareness initiatives through marketing and communications.
• Create and execute a new customer acquisition strategy and plan for each industry segment.
• Develop and execute demand generation tactics.
• Create customer retention plan together with our sales teams.
• Develop and drive customer experience processes.
• Bring fresh ideas and creativity to the table, helping us test new approaches and continuously improve our marketing impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales and product strategies.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have strong experience and a proven track record in developing and implementing measurable marketing, communications, and branding strategies; experience in sustainability or corporate responsibility communications is considered a plus.
• Have experience in B2B marketing within the technology or industrial sector and in an international context.
• Have experience in change management and leading brand renewal projects.
• Are proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Have the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, from top management to technical and operational teams.
• Hold a BSc/BA or Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
• Have a strong command of English and Finnish, with excellent communication and writing skills.
