Product Coordinator, Wennerco, Helsinki

We're on the lookout for a temporary product coordinator as a parental leave replacement. In this position you will play a key role in supporting the Brand Managers with offers to both Alko and the retailers. You take care of many of the technical details involved in the offer processes. You will be responsible for managing key systems relating to offers and product information such as: SAP, Inriver PIM (product information management) Alko partner network. You will coordinate sending the samples to partners and media. You will also assist the team with varied marketing tasks. 

Role Requirements:

• We are looking for a person with strong organizational skills, who can manage multiple task and deadlines with ease. Teamwork is key, so you should have good collaboration and communication skills. Precision is important so you should have a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in support roles within a sales organization, preferably in product coordination, basic data, or technical bidding processes, is considered an advantage. 
• Proficiency in Finnish and English languages, other languages are considered as an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Photoshop, Allu, Inriver and/or Alko systems is preferred but not required.
• Experience in working with Alko or Grocery retailers is preferred but not required.
• Experience in working with wines or beverages is preferred but not required. 

You should be precise, independent, solution oriented and a fast learner. Most importantly, you should be a trustworthy business ally committed to delivering results.

The position starts by agreement in February, and a full-time employment contract will be signed with StaffPoint as a fixed-term position until the end of September 2026. Working hours are mainly weekdays between 8:00 and 16:00 with flexible hours.
