We are preparing for the next phases of upcoming data center projects together with our clients and are building a talent pool for various mechanical and building services engineering opportunities in Finland.
We are looking for professionals at different levels of experience. Future opportunities may include roles such as Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Specialist, Senior Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Lead, Mechanical SME or Mechanical Manager. We also welcome recent graduates and early-career professionals with a background in mechanical, energy or building services engineering who are interested in working on data center and critical infrastructure projects.
What kind of opportunities may be available?
The scope and responsibilities will depend on the project as well as your experience and expertise. Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
- supporting the design, delivery and technical implementation of mechanical and building services systems in data center environments
- working with cooling, ventilation, HVAC and other critical mechanical systems
- reviewing technical designs, drawings and other documentation
- supporting the installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems
- identifying and resolving technical issues
- collaborating with project teams, contractors, equipment suppliers and other technical specialists.
Future opportunities may arise across Finland, with specific locations depending on upcoming client projects.
What are we looking for?
Your background may be in mechanical, energy, HVAC or building services engineering. Depending on the role and level of responsibility, we value:
- relevant technical education or equivalent practical experience
- experience with mechanical systems, HVAC, technical projects, construction, testing or commissioning
- an understanding of cooling, ventilation and other critical mechanical building systems
- the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, designs and other documentation
- a systematic approach to work with a strong focus on quality and safety
- good collaboration and problem-solving skills
- readiness to work in an international project environment.
Previous data center experience is valuable, but it is not required for all future opportunities. Experience from areas such as energy, process and manufacturing industries, large-scale building services projects or other technically demanding and critical environments can also provide an excellent foundation for working on data center projects.
You may be at the beginning of your career or have extensive experience in designing, delivering or leading complex mechanical systems and projects. We will always consider suitable opportunities based on your expertise and level of experience.
As data center projects typically involve international teams and stakeholders, a good command of English is important. Finnish language skills may be an advantage in some roles, but are not required for all opportunities.
Why join us?
Data center and critical infrastructure projects offer an opportunity to work with demanding mechanical systems and modern technologies. Mechanical systems, particularly cooling solutions, play a key role in ensuring reliable data center operations, while these projects offer opportunities to develop your expertise in technically challenging and international environments.
You may have the opportunity to:
- explore opportunities to work on interesting data center and critical infrastructure projects
- find opportunities that match your experience and career goals
- apply your existing mechanical, HVAC or building services expertise in a new environment
- further develop your expertise in demanding cooling and mechanical systems
- gain experience in large-scale and international project environments
- let us know in advance what kinds of roles, locations and projects interest you.
Interested in future opportunities?
When an opportunity matching your background and preferences becomes available, we will contact you and provide further information about the role, client and project.
Submit your application and CV, and we'll be in touch should a suitable opportunity arise.
