Recruitment Coordinator, Helsinki

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for our client on a fixed-term contract of approximately five months.

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment in the technology sector.

In this role, you will ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment processes together with hiring managers and the HR/recruitment team. You will work with Oracle HCM on a daily basis and help deliver an excellent recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

You will succeed in this role if you:

• Have experience in recruitment coordination or HR.
• Are familiar with Oracle HCM, or are quick to learn new systems.
• Can support hiring managers throughout the full recruitment process.
• Communicate fluently in English and Finnish.
• Are service-minded, proactive and a strong team player.
• Learn quickly and can manage several recruitment processes at the same time.
• Have an interest in, or previous experience with, technology-sector recruitment.

The position is available immediately for the right candidate, but the latest possible start date is the beginning of August. The employment contract will run until 31 December 2026.
