Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM Lead & Integration SME), Infosys, Helsinki

We are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM Lead & Integration SME) to join our client's team through StaffPoint on a fixed-term contract of at least six (6) months.

In this role, you will take a leading position in ServiceNow development, integrations, and ITSM transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in a dynamic international environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions while acting as a technical expert in complex integration projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation projects
• Designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Architecting and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications
• Driving ITSM transformation initiatives and process automation programs
• Developing advanced solutions using:
  • Flow Designer
  • Integration Hub
  • Scripted REST APIs
  • Service Portal
  • Custom Applications
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring development best practices
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers
• Preparing technical designs, effort estimates, and supporting solution proposals
• Mentoring junior developers and sharing technical knowledge
• Supporting platform upgrades and adoption of new ServiceNow features

What We Expect From You

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification
• Experience developing and implementing Custom Applications and scoped applications
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform customization
• Extensive experience with:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • Integration Hub
  • MID Server
  • LDAP, SAML, and OAuth integrations
• Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
• Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
• Strong communication skills in English
