At StaffPoint, we are looking for skilled and motivated welders to join the teams of our valued client companies in Finland. We offer long-term opportunities, whether you’re an experienced professional or looking to take the next step in your welding career. To ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with local regulations, applicants must have a valid right to work in Finland.

We are continuously recruiting welders to meet the needs of our clients. Depending on the customer company, your tasks may include: TIG-, MIG-, MAG-, SMAW-, GTAW- or MMA-welding. Work is usually in heavy industry, mechanical engineering, construction, or equipment manufacturing. Materials vary by assignment and might include aluminium, stainless steel, and carbon steel. Welding certificates are not mandatory, but every worker must be prepared to obtain them if necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for practical professionals with:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in welding
• Familiarity with different welding methods and materials
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings
• Requirement of English or Finnish language skills for safety and communication
• Valid work permit to Finland
