Project Manager

Teleste’s Public Safety & Mobility business unit is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead demanding international customer delivery projects in a growing and technology-driven business environment.

In this role, you will take overall responsibility for customer projects from contract signing to successful project closing. The projects combine hardware, software, interfaces, and serial production readiness, requiring strong project leadership, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position offers an opportunity to work with leading international customers and contribute to solutions that improve public transport, passenger experience, and public safety around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international customer delivery projects from project start to successful closing
• Ensure project execution according to agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget
• Manage customer communication and act as the primary point of contact during project execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, sourcing, testing, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and documentation
• Proactively manage project risks, changes, and opportunities
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, invoicing, and reporting
• Manage project-related contracts, subcontractors, and change requests
• Drive structured project execution according to Teleste’s Project Management processes and gate model

What We Expect From You

• Several years of experience in international project management and customer-facing roles
• Proven track record in managing complex projects combining hardware and software
• Strong understanding of project financial management, risk management, and contract management
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams in an international environment
• Structured and proactive way of working with strong execution capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and across multiple functions
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in railway, industrial technology, public safety, telecom, automation, or other complex technology environments is considered an advantage
