We are now hiring for our international team
HR INTERN
to StaffPoint in Helsinki. Our office is located in Kampi, Helsinki.
The start of the internship is planned to take place between August and September. The duration of the internship is from 4 months onwards, depending on your situation. Work placement must be part of your studies. The training period is unpaid.
In the tasks, you will get to know the versatile tasks of recruitment in a wide range of industries. You do not need to have previous experience in similar tasks, as we will familiarize you with the tasks from the beginning. An absolute requirement for the position is good oral and written English language skills. Finnish, Ukrainian, and Russian language skills are a plus.
If you have a positive and quick approach to work, you learn quickly, you enjoy teamwork, you are a great customer service person and you keep multiple tasks in your hands even in hectic situations, you can be the intern we are looking for.
In the tasks of the intern, you will learn how the recruitment process of a new employee is carried out, from the processing of applications to the employment contract and orientation, how we manage the employee's information in our system and how we work in cooperation with our external clients & applicants and internal collegues.

• Applied studies at the University of Applied Sciences
